Vendor management: source, research and identify potential local and overseas suppliers/manufacturers and expedite delivery.
Evaluate product specifications and Certificates of Analysis (COAs).
Understand ingredient functions and ensure quality compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers while keeping regulatory requirements across different countries in mind.
Negotiate terms, pricing, delivery schedules and favourable payment terms; ensure purchase at a competitive cost.
Inventory management: monitor stock levels and ensure availability while minimising surplus.
Documentation: maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and deliveries.
Delivery coordination with suppliers for timely delivery.
Quality control: verify received orders against specifications and handle discrepancies.
Cost monitoring and budget allocation support.
Reporting on purchasing activities and metrics.

Puchong · Production

Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English.
At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
Experience running machinery; able to learn and handle work independently; capable team player.
Preferably non-executive specialised in manufacturing / production operations.

Plan digital campaigns, exhibitions (MIHAS, Fi Asia) and content for our brands.
Coordinate with sales and R&D on product launches and technical materials.
